'This list entry was subject to a Minor Amendment on 30 March 2022 to update the name and address and to reformat the text to current standards SK 3447 NE 1/9 BRIDGE STREET (West Side) No 71 (The Devonshire) (Formerly listed as the Duke of Devonshire Inn) GV II Late C17/early C18. Ashlar with stone band below eaves. Quoins. Slate roof, off centre and end chimney. Two storeys. Four stone mullioned windows and one late C18/early C19 casement to first floor. Ground floor now has bow window inserted in a former doorway. Sign on wrought iron bracket. Listing NGR: SK3461847692.'
