Woodland Terrace, Nos. 19-27 Derby Road, Matlock Bath, an early to mid-19th century terrace. From the National Heritage List for England: '1. DERBY ROAD 1390 MATLOCK BATH Nos 19 to 25 (odd) (Woodland Terrace) SK 2957 2/118 II GV An early to mid C19 terrace range. Stucco; 2 storeys. Nos 19 and 21 each have 3 sash windows in moulded architraves and a moulded wood doorcase in plain surround with semi-circular head, keyblock and wheel fanlight. Nos 23 and 25 each have 3 sash windows (no glazing bars to No 25) and a stucco pilaster doorcase with moulded wood cornice hood on consoles and rectangular fanlight; 6-panel doors throughout; plain eaves; slates.
