Nos. 52-62 North Parade, Matlock Bath, built c1840. From the National Heritage List for England: '1. NORTH PARADE 1390 MATLOCK BATH Nos 50 to 62 (even) SK 2958 3/121 II GV 2. Circa 1840. Stone; 3 storeys; 5 tall casement windows (no glazing bars) in plain architraves with cornice hoods and foliated consoles; wrought iron balcony overall at 1st floor; plain band; modillion eaves cornice; slates. C19 shop fronts with a good double-fronted shop front to No 62. Methodist Church, Nos 50 to 86 (even) & Nos 92, 94 & 98 form a group. Listing NGR: SK2949758380.' (1)
