Description
NEWBOLD ROAD 1. 5169 (South Side) Newbold ----------- The Nags Head Public House SK 37 SE 15/231 II GV 2. Early C19 facade, stucco, grooved to imitate masonry. Stone slate roof. 2 storeys. Rear cross wing slightly higher, joins main block with hipped gable. 2 windows, casements with Gothic glazing bars and engraved lintels. Western end door with flat hood on scrolled brackets and with moulded architrave. Rear has 4 light and a single 1st floor window with similar glazing some windows may not be original.
