Birdholme DERBY ROAD (East Side) Birdholme House [includes offices of H. Camm (No 3) and part known as the maisonette (centre) and part known as The Flat (northern end)]

C17 and C18. Stone rubble with hipped roof. Stone slates at front, modern pantiles at side. One building now divided into two properties. Three storeys. Four windows with stone architraves, those to east C18, those to west C17 formerly with mullions. Sashes and casements. West side elevation has two storey C17 porch with coped gable. No west windows but two light mullioned windows at side. At rear, two C17 gables.
Interior has some exposed ceiling beams and six panelled doors (most of interior no access).
