Early C19. Painted brick facade with moulded eaves and hipped slate roof. Three storeys. One window, sashes with glazing bars. Recessed modern shop front inserted behind former doorway. Facade to Devonshire Street has a small shop window with small round arched door to south west of this. Corner building and part of terraced block.
