'SK 56 NW PARISH OF SCARCLIFFE SCARCLIFFE LANES, UPPER 8/151 LANGWITH (North Side) Rose Cottage GV II
Cottage. C17 and C19. Coursed squared sandstone with sandstone dressings. Pantile roof with central brick ridge stack and stone coped gables with plain kneelers. Two storeys. Three bay main elevation. In the centre is a pair of 2-light casement windows under plain stone lintels; with two similar but smaller windows above. To the right on the ground floor is a small fixed light window with plain lintel. To the left is a C20 lead-to timber and glazed porch. Included for group value only.
