Dated 1853. Stucco; three storeys; three casement windows in moulded surrounds with segmental hood-moulds; giant Corinthianesque pilasters; coupled ground storey windows with keyblocks, arched heads and cornices; moulded sill band at first floor; window on curved angle to return side has arched pediment on consoles, with scrolled cartouche and above date; angled doorway in moulded wood surround with semi-circular head, radial fanlight and four-panelled divided door, the whole surmounted by a wrought iron balcony on elaborate consoles; dentilled eaves; slates.
