'MARKET PLACE 1. 5170 (South Side) Nos 35 and 36 (Formerly listed as No 35) SK 3536 SW 1/196 20.6.52. II GV
2. Late C18. Red brick; 3 storeys; 2 bow windows tiered through all storeys and one sash window between; modern attic storey; moulded stucco bands at sills and along top of building. Ground storey, formerly with sash window on right, now with modern shop front.
No 33, Guildhall, Market Hall, Nos 35 and 36 form a group.
