'PARK ROAD 1. 5170 (South Side) Spondon No 27 (Prospect House) SK 33 NE 9/219 II
2. Late C18; red brick; 2 storeys; 4 sash windows, that on right-hand side at lower level in bay added at slightly later date; moulded wood doorcase, plain rectangular fanlight and flush-panelled door; modillion cornice and blocking course. Canted bay window at end.
