Description

'PARISH OF LITTLE EATON EATON BANK SK 34 SE 1/66 (West Side) Derwent House II House, built as the manager's house for Peckwash Mill. Early C19. Red brick with sandstone dressings. Hipped Welsh slate roof. Brick lateral stacks. Three storeys. South west elevation of three symmetrical bays. First and second floor sill bands. Centre bay advanced. Three steps up to stone doorcase with pilasters and cornice. Half glazed double doors with a radiating fanlight above. Flanked on each side by stone canted bay windows with glazing bar sashes. The first floor has three glazing bar sashes under keyed and channelled wedge stone lintels. Three Yorkshire sashes above again under plain wedge stone lintels. Inside the entrance hall has a cantilevered stone staircase with stick balusters. Listing NGR: SK3550142319.'
