Description

SK 34 SE 1/9 10.11.67 PARISH OF BREADSALL RECTORY LANE (West Side) Breadsall Manor II Rectory, now private house. Early C19. Red brick, stuccoed. Hipped Welsh slate roof. Various brick ridge and lateral stacks. Two storeys. First floor band containing a decorative frieze of circles. Plain deeply overhanging eaves. West elevation of three broad bays, the centre bay a shallow bow. This has two glazing bar sashes to the ground floor and two above. To the left is an irregular flat roofed bay with a glazing bar sash, and a glazing bar sash above. To the right is a glazing bar sash with a blind window above. The south elevation has a narrow recessed centre bay, which has a doorway with panelled door and rectangular overlight and a Trafalgar porch. Flanked on each side by glazing bar sashes. Three similar windows above. The interior has a stick baluster staircase. Listing NGR: SK3687940270
