Description
'PARISH OF ASHLEYHAY BEIGHTON HILL SK 25 SE 1/20 Primitive Methodist Chapel GV II Non-conformist chapel. Dated 1851. Regularly coursed gritstone blocks, with hipped plain tile roof. Single storey, having a central doorway with plain stone jambs, lintel and keystone and a panelled door. Flanking doorway are segmental headed windows with central opening lights. Plaque over doorway inscribed 'Primitive Methodist Chapel. 1851. This ground and stone given by William Pidock'.
