'SK 35 SE PARISH OF CRICH THE COMMON 4/17 (West Side) Bower House
II
House. Mid C18. Regularly coursed squared gritstone with quoins to south end, coped gables with moulded kneelers, rendered gable ridge stacks, on a concrete tiled roof. Two storeys, two bays, with stacked 3-light flush mullioned windows with C19 casements. Off-centre doorway with massive jambs and lintel, and a shallow hood on substantial brackets. Six panelled door with upper two panels glazed.
