Description
Barn and haybarn under continuous roof, the barn partly converted into a dwelling. Probably C18. Coursed gritstone with gritstone dressings and quoins. Stone slate roof has stone coped gables with moulded kneelers. Two storeys. L-plan. North elevation has beneath the eaves three 2-light casements with stone sills and one similar opening with a plank door. The south elevation has a two bay open arcade, formerly cart entrances, with stone pier and timber lintels. To the left a window, door and two windows, with stone lintels. Four C20 casements above. Projecting south range is an open hay barn of two bays to east and four bays to west, supported on square stone piers, stepped in three tiers.
