Description

SK 15 SE PARISH OF TISSINGTON BUXTON ROAD 5/122 (West Side) Sharplow Farmhouse and attached outbuildings II Farmhouse. Late C18. Coursed rubble limestone with gritstone dressings. Plain tile roof with brick ridge stack and gable end stacks. Two and a half storeys. Angle quoins. South elevation, left to right - five bays. 2-light square section flush mullion window. Similar window above but linked in one with the similar, but smaller, attic window, ie: effectively forming a cross window. Bay two is identical. Bay three has a C20 gabled stone porch with a half-glazed door and a single light window above, linked in similar fashion to the single light attic window. Bay four with a 2-light window to the ground floor. Bay five is identical to bays one and two. Lower outbuilding to the right with a large gabled porch. Listing NGR: SK1661252579
