Farmhouse. C17. Roof renewed in C18. Coursed rubble limestone with gritstone dressings. Plain tiled hipped roofs except the pitch on the south side which is stone slated. Part stone ridge. Large brick stack and two brick side wall stacks. Coved eaves band. Two storeys. Flush quoins. L-plan. East elevation has a central doorway with four-centred arch, chamfered lintel and quoins. Flanked on each side by 5-light recessed chamfered mullion windows with C18 metal casements. Two similar 4-light windows above, the right hand one with one blocked light, flanking a 3-light window above the door. Three irregularly spaced iron ties. South elevation has a 4-light recessed chamfered mullion window to the ground floor and a similar 3-light window above. The north elevation has to the ground floor a single light, a 3-light and a 5-light window, all recessed and with chamfered mullions. To the first floor, similar single light, 3-light and 4-light windows. The west elevation has a blocked 3-light window with a dripstone.
