Description

'SK 21 76 PARISH OF EYAM CHURCH STREET 6/40 (East Side) Laburnum Cottage GV II Cottage. Mid C18 with minor C19 additions. Coursed gritstone rubble with gritstone dressings and quoins. Stone slate roof with stone coped gables and moulded kneelers. Stone gable end stack to north and central stone ridge stack. Two storeys, two bays. Flush doorcase with panelled door, covered by C19 latticed wooden porch. To either side, 2-light flush mullion windows with glazing bar sashes to north and fixed small pane window to south. Above, two similar windows, that to north over door, that to south over southern window. To north, C19 extension with rounded corner to north. Blank wall below, with glazing bar sash in flush surround under eaves. Listing NGR: SK2161376580.'
