PARISH OF PILSLEY PILSLEY LANE SK 27 SW 2/166 (North Side) 12.7.67 The Farm (formerly listed at House East of Devonshire Arms Inn) GV II
House. Early and mid C19. Coursed rubble and coursed squared sandstone. Stone slate roof with ashlar gable stacks. Two storeys. Irregular three bay south elevation. Left hand part is of squared stone and is advanced with moulded cornice and end pilasters. Two glazing bar sashes in raised ashlar surrounds to each floor, and to the right a doorway with stone lintel and jambs and bracketed stone hood. Raised and fielded panelled door. Bay to right is of coursed rubble with angle quoins, and has a glazing bar sash with ashlar surround to each floor.
