Block of 3 houses. Early C19. Deeply-coursed dressed gritstone; graduated Welsh slate roof. EXTERIOR: 2 and 3 storeys with falling ground to right; 4-window range. 3/3 sashes with flush stone sills and deep lintels except to the top floor where the windows are set beneath the eaves. No.3 on left is of 2 storeys with trellised wooden porch and shaped bargeboard; part-glazed door within. Window to each floor on left. No.2 has part-glazed door under canopy to right of window on each floor. 2 round tie-rod plates. No.1 is similar but opposite handed. No first-floor window between Nos 1 and 2. Right corner angled but corbelled out above first floor. The block has corniced stone stacks to left end and to ridge to left of No.2. The right end of the roof hipped. Rolled lead ridge and hip. INTERIOR: not inspected.
