Description

'This list entry was subject to a Minor Amendment on 21 April 2022 to update text and reformat to current standards SK 22 54 5/34 BRASSINGTON NETHER LANE (East Side) Brookfield Farmhouse II Farmhouse. Late C18, recently restored. Squared coursed limestone with flush dressings and quoins. Stone slate roof with coped gables and kneelers. Two brick gable end stacks. Projecting eaves band. Three storeys, three bay front. Two-light flush mullion windows either side of central doorcase with massive lintel. Above door small stair window, to either side similar windows to those below. To eaves similar windows in same arrangement. All windows C20 top hung casements. Listing NGR: SK2270154043.'
