'BUXTON ROAD 1. 783 (West Side) The Gables SK14 NE 4/168 II 2. C19 - Jacobean revival house. Red brick with banded tiled roof. Fretted bargeboards to gable ends. Chimneys with linked shafts. 2 storeys 3 windows to garden elevation ornate glazing. One 2 storey bay and another ground floor bay. Other windows have dripstone moulds. Central gabled porch with fretted bargeboard and finial. Gable end to road has one window.
