'This list entry was subject to a Minor Amendment on 30/11/2017 SK 2958 3/51 MATLOCK BATH SOUTH PARADE Nos 170 and 172 (Formerly listed under NORTH PARADE previously listed as Astill's Restaurant) 22.6.50. GV II Regency. Stucco; Three storeys; four sash windows in plain surrounds and giant moulded wood bay window at centre of second storey; recessed door with rectangular fanlight on right-hand side; false-quoins at sides; plain eaves; tiles. Modern shop front on left-hand side. No 124, Nos 134 to 144 (even), Nos 148 to 172 (even), The Princess Victoria, and Nos 178 to 186 (even) form a group. Listing NGR: SK2929958208.'
