'SK 18 54 PARISH OF PARWICH MAIN STREET 10/83 (North Side) 13.9.1967 Fernlea GV II House. C18. Coursed limestone with gritstone dressings. Plain tile roof with brick gable end stacks and stone coped gables. Flush quoins. Three storeys. South elevation - central doorway with stone lintel and quoins. C19 four-panelled door, the top two panels glazed. Flanked on each side by 2-light square sectioned flush mullion windows with small paned casements and fixed lights. Two similar windows above and a similar central single-light staircase window linked to a 3-light window above to form a T shape. Listing NGR: SK1867854512.'
