Description

'This list entry was subject to a Minor Amendment on 6 September 2022 to correct a typo in the description and to reformat the text to current standards SK 17 SE 3/33 PARISH OF LITTLE LONGSTONE MAIN STREET (North Side) Manor House 12.7.67 GV II House. C17 altered in the early C18. Rubble limestone with gristone dressings. Stone slate roof with stone coped gables ball finials and moulded kneelers. Two moulded stone ridge stacks and two gable end stacks. Two storeys. H-plan. South elevation of three bays. Angle quoins and plain flat string course linking the lintels of the windows on both floors. Recessed central bay with lean-to verandah on two columns. Doorway on the right with panelled door and a pair of C19 plain sashes to the left set in a stone surround and divided by a mullion. Four-light square section flush mullion window above. Right hand gabled bay has two plain sashes to the ground floor set in a stone surround and divided by a stone mullion. Two-light square section flush mullion window above. Similar gabled bay to left. Listing NGR: SK1909971837.'
