Description

'SK 38/3925 PARISH OF MELBOURNE DERBY ROAD 6/107 (West Side) No 35 GV II House. c1810 with late C19 alterations. Red brick with painted stone dressings and plain tile roof with brick gable stacks, plus sawtooth eaves band. Three storeys and three bays. Central doorcase with raised and fielded panelled door. To the base of the door on the southern side is a moulded ogee headed stone boot-scraper. To south there is a glazing bar sash and to north there is a wide tripartite plain sash, set in later brickwork, presumably replacing a shop front. Above there are three glazing bar sashes and above again three further smaller sashes. All openings have painted, panelled stone wedge lintels with keystones. Listing NGR: SK3856825366.'
