Description

'SK 38/3925 PARISH OF MELBOURNE PENN LANE 6/147 (North Side) No 59 GV II Cottage. Early C18 with mid C19 alterations. Pebbledashed stone rubble and red brick with plain tile roof, brick gable stacks and dentilled brick eaves band. Two storeys and two bays. Two segment headed horizontal sliding glazing bar sashes to ground floor with two similar flat headed windows above. Segment headed plank door to east gable wall. Interior has inglenook fireplace in eastern room and an winder staircase, also large chamfered ceiling beams. Included for group value only. Listing NGR: SK3863125041.'
