Office and enclosed stone masons yard. Mid C19. Red brick with minimal stone dressings. Small single storey building to north has Welsh slate roof and stone coped gables with moulded kneelers. North elevation has a window and three doorways with plank doors. The west gable end has two 2-light windows under wedge brick lintels with keystones. To the south a quadrangular yard enclosed by tall brick walls with flat stone copings, and to the south, brick piers with moulded caps and double plank gates. Listed for group value only.
