SK 08 NW PARISH OF HAYFIELD CHAPEL ROAD I/I00 (West Side) Phoside Farmhouse II
Farmhouse. Dated I784. Coursed gritstone, flush dressings and quoins. Stone slate roof Stone gable end stacks. Two storeys, double fronted. East elevation - central quoined doorcase with CI9 glazed and panelled door. Rectangular fanlight above. To either side two-light flush mullion windows. Over door datestone inscribed 'KWM I784'. Above central venetian window with two-light flush mullion windows to either side. All windows have single pane casements
