Farmhouse, now house. Dated 1727. Coursed gritstone rubble, flush gritstone dressings. Stone slate roof. Stone coped gables with moulded kneelers. Stone gable end and ridge stacks. Two storeys, double pile plan. South elevation - double gabled front. Doorcase set in central two storey niche, with chamfered surround. Glazed C19 door. To either side, pairs of 2-light chamfered mullion windows, with stringcourse over. Above door, datestone decorated with flower and other designs, inscribed 'STA1727'. Over, semi-circular headed single light window with designs carved in spandrels above. To either side, pairs of similar windows to those below with stringcourse over. In gables, two blind ovals. Mullion and transome stair window to rear. Lower half now blocked.
