House and garage, formerly coach house. Early C19. Coursed gritstone rubble with quoins. Gritstone dressings. Stone slate roof. Stone ridge and side wall stacks. Moulded stone copings with moulded kneelers. Gutter corbels to south elevation. L-plan, part two storey, part single storey. East elevation - single storey range to south with central semi-circular headed chamfered arch with quoined surround. Plank double doors. Beyond to south, small paned window and semi-circular headed chamfered doorcase with plank door. To north, beyond double doors, inserted C20 top hung casement and two storey cross range. Semi-circular headed doorcase with quoined surround. C20 plank door. Fanlight over. To north, tripartite window with central sash. Above, similar window. Included for group value
