Description
Old stone farmhouse on side of hill overlooking Whaley Bridge. Probably C17. Irregular plan. 2 storeys in coursed stone with stone slate roof, the left hand gable end having ball finials. 2 chimney stacks. 2 windows of 3 lights, stone mullions above 2 of 3 mullion lights and 1 of 2. Stone gabled porch with 3 ball finials below a blocked window. To the right, a gable with 1 window of 3 mullion lights above 1 window of 3 lights, possibly with repaired mullions. Pentice to side. A window of 3 lights to the gable end.
