SK 08 SE PARISH OF CHINLEY, BUXWORTH AND BROWNSIDE BEET LANE 4/72 (Ease Side) Trout Beck GV II
Farmhouse. Late CI8. Coursed gritstone rubble with quoins. Flush gritstone dress- ings. Stone slate roof. Stone gable end and ridge stacks. Two storeys, double fronted, three bays. Central doorcase with large jambs, imposts and lintel. Plank door. To either side three-light flush mullion windows, with central casements and leaded lights to the sides. Over door margin-light sash in flush opening. To either side similar windows to those below. Central mullion and transome stairwell window to rear.
