'SK 08 SE TOWN OF CHAPEL-EN-LE-FRITH SHEFFIELD ROAD 4/59 (North Side) Chestnut Farmhouse GV II
Farmhouse. Mid C19. Coursed squared gritstone. Gritstone dressings. Stone slate roof. Stone gable end stacks. Two storey, double fronted. South elevation - two steps up to central doorcase with plain jambs and imposts. Beaded panelled door with top two panels glazed. To either side, single glazing bar sahses with large lintels and projecting Sills. Two similar windows over. Included for group value.
