SK 04 86 PARISH OF HAYFIELD VALLEY ROAD 7/I57 (East Side) 16.5.79 Hazelhurst Farmhouse II
Farmhouse, now house. I678, altered in CI8 and restored I980's. Coursed gritstone rubble with quoins. Gritstone dressings. Stone slate roof. Large central stone ridge stack. Square stone eaves corbels. Two storeys, two bays. Lobby entrance plan. Central doorcase with flush jambs and shouldered lintel inscribed 'SA I678 FWMW' C20 plank door. To either side three-light flush mullion windows. Two similar over. Later window in west gable end wall. Rear outshut.
