Farmhouse. Late C18. Rendered rubble limestone with gritstone dressings, coped gables, end stone stacks and Welsh and stone slates. Main range with parallel lower ranges at right angles to main range at rear.
South elevation: three storeys, three bays, with two-light flush mullioned windows to end bays, and single light openings to central bay. C19 casements to window openings. Quoined surround to central doorway with flat bracketed hood. C20 door. Parallel ranges to rear have glazing bar sashes.
