2. 1895. Red brick with stone dressings including stone eaves band and cornice and string course at 1st floor level. Slate roof with stone coped gable ends. Classical facade of symmetrical design. 2 storeys. 5 centre windows. Pedimented outer wings of 3 windows each, wings slightly advanced and flanked by rusticated stone pilasters. Centre windows round arched, the 1st floor with moulded stone archivolt and linking impost band. Ground floor has segmental arched windows with gauged brick arches and stone keystones. Outer wings have round windows in tympana. 1st floors have 3 windows, the centre round arched and a round window above each side light. Ground floor as centre section. Massive stone doorcase to round arched central entrance with ball finials and heavy entablature with double consoles. Blind pedimented niche on each jamb. Steps approach.
