Full Description

Former wartime searchlight station surviving as a series of earthworks. There are also the remains of an air raid shelter. (1) In November 2004 the owner of the site, the Presentation Convent, agreed to lease it to Matlock Town Council for a period of 50 years in order to allow the civic association and town council to restore the area.
