Full Description

A boundary stone between Matlock and Darley townships is shown on the south side of Smedley Street West on the OS map of 1899, on what was at that time the parish boundary. (1) The stone is now missing and may be that now standing by the side of a footpath just off Old Hackney Lane [see SMR 9852]. (2)
