Full Description

Several bell pits, some intercutting, were identified in Bower Plantation in 2004. The land has been opencast to the east of the plantation and is infilled, ready for topping off. There are some shelves or shallow terraces at the south-west of the plantation, nearer to the removed railway line. (1)
