Full Description

Bridge and Plaque of 1848 on Nun's Street. (1) Stone bridge dating from 1848 over the Markeaton Brook. There used to be a stone plaque on the downstream face inscribed 'Henry Mosley, Mayor, 1848'. This plaque is now missing. (2)
