Full Description

Midland Railway Underbridge, Shelton Lock, Chellaston. A short distance along the embankment formerly carrying the Derby-Melbourne line of 1868 is a surviving underbridge at the rear of 32 Hoveton Close, Shelton Lock. Brick fronted tunnel entrance, arch, parapet and retaining walls, but tunnel blocked. (1)
