Late Bronze Age socketed axe with loop; found in the area of Big Wood, Allestree Park, Derby, c.1978; metal detector. 87mm x 45mm; 210gm. (1) Late Bronze Age Socketed Axe. Found at Big Wood, Allestree Park, by Derek Holbrook of Derby, with the aid of a metal detector. Length 85mm; width 47mm. (2)
