Polished stone axe found at the Carriage and Wagon Works, Litchurch, Derby, during an excavation to repair a fault in a GPO cable in 1969; found at a depth of 3'; length 5.75", broken at tapering end; cutting edge 2.75"; weight 15oz. (1)
