Full Description

An area of land that includes three earthed-over air raid shelters and the remains of several concrete pads used for camouflaging aircraft beneath trees a little distance away from Darley Moor WWII airfield. (1) A number of trees are growing on the tops of the shelters. The concrete pads appear to have been broken up, and the rubble piled up in heaps around the site of the pads. (2)
