Full Description

A bifacially worked point or knife fragment was found by a path close to the buildings at Birley Barn Farm. Made of dark, slightly patinated translucent flint it retains a small portion of chalky cortex. 67mm x 41mm. It has been snapped laterally and also has some damage on one margin close to the tip.
