Full Description

This is a two-storey brick farmhouse with farm buildings lying to the north. The two southern rooms and the three rooms over them are the oldest part of the house, probably built between 1660-1700. The kitchen was built in about 1780-1810, perhaps replacing an earlier room, probably a one-storey farm-building. A new dairy was built in the 19th century, and in the first half of the 20th century a bedroom was built above whilst other alterations were made. (1)
