Full Description

SK 071 673: Chrome Hill, Flint. Neolithic/Bronze Age scrapers and waste flakes have been recorded from the Chrome Hill area, found in or before 1977. The finds are held at Buxton museum. A perforated polished stone of sandstone was also found on Chrome Hill. It is labelled at Buxton Museum as an 'amulet or charm'. (1,2)
