Full Description

This two-storey, brick-built house stands behind Hollybank House. It was built as a gardener's cottage, originally of two rooms on plan. The present kitchen was built, and fireplaces altered, just before the middle of the 19th century, and there were further additions and alterations in the 20th century. (1)
