Full Description

This house is built onto the west end of No. 20, the Old Police Station (SMR 27185). The part abutting No. 20 was rebuilt in 1962-4. It had thick stone walls, and must have been very old and decayed for the estate to go to the trouble of taking it down and rebuilding it. The brick front appears to be an early 19th century extension to the old stone building. There is an interesting group of outbuildings in the garden to the south. (1)
